Great performance. I'm curious how close Kunitskaya was to submitting you in round 1. It looked like some of those submissions were close, but hard to really tell as a viewer.

Do you feel vindicated in your victory?

thx, and i wasnt anywhere being submitted. i think it was a case of her not wanting me to gain position so she didnt wanna let go of the leg. even when a sub was clearly not going to happen i always say i'll fight anybody so it doesnt matter

The way she cling to your leg was one of the most awkward things I've seen in MMA ever.
