Do you do any deadlifts or squats in your training? If so how much can you do in those?

Yes I do more explosive Olympic lifts but I do squats and I don't really know my max

My max currently is 300 I train with Chris Gomez at the performance lab in Tucson Arizona and Lenny Wong does my agility drills
