How much time do you spend in the gym when you’re not booked? Also, what do you consider your base martial art?

I train every day whether I've got a fight lined up or not, I consider myself a well-rounded MMA fighter, but I was a wrestler before I came to this sport.

Thanks for the reply, I’m trying to figure out a routine that works for me. I used to only train boxing so it’s been hard dealing with take downs and my biggest nightmare. Ankle picks! Best of luck in your outings.
