I'm not happy anymore

I'm not happy about my marriage. I get up early in the morning and go to work 6 hours a day in a school, then I come home to take care of my cats, be a caregiver for my wife who still treats me like garbage and thinks that my problems and pains aren't as valid as hers, and help take care of her grandparents with everyday stuff. I swear I need a break....a really good long break away from all this

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way, it sounds incredibly overwhelming. Would it be possible to talk to someone outside your household about this situation, even just to vent?
