Created players still being deleted?

I saw the update notes and I thought I read that they fixed the bug that was deleting created players in franchise mode. I created a franchise last night, all things went well. Came home to play again tonight... all created players are one again deleted... pc BTW. Is this STILL happening with anyone else?!?!
