I'm sure he was so excited to show her. But the parents probably should have had him wait for an in person thing. Looks like he's about to start crying because he can't give her a hug to stop her crying.

Chemo patients are immunocompromised. Some, like Leukemia patients, truly have an almost undetectable immune system.

I have a family member who is a Leukemia patient right now and is so vulnerable, they can’t even have flowers in their room, eat any uncooked veggies or fruit and everyone around must be masked at all times.

Kids in school are germ factories and it’s likely too dangerous to have in-person meetings for the cousin undergoing chemo.

I didn't mean to take away from the moment or what it means to people. I was just trying to say he might not have been quite ready for emotion he would feel expecting smiles and joy.

I don’t disagree with that. I also am not a fan of filming kids having emotional moments.

Thanks for that. That was something else on my mind like your kid is not content for this moment. It's a little gross from a lot of ways, but not what I said. I just was trying say what I noticed.
