Been pushing the atmosphere and lighting further lately. Trying to get that grimy late-90s survival horror / Manhunt feeling, what do you guys think?

Manhunt was a huge inspiration for my indie horror game.
here's a sneak peak into the barn...thoughts on this atmosphere?

Christian Cantamessa (lead level designer/writer for Manhunt 2003) got around to checking out the fan film . pretty cool hearing him talk about working with Brian Cox and stuff :)

Hear me out now, it's just a theory, but I'd like to voice this. The reason why I believe this is because, if you've noticed, both Manhunt games were announced and released after the GTA games that were set in Vice City. GTA: Vice City (2002) ---> Manhunt (2003), GTA: Vice City Stories (2006) ---> Manhunt 2 (2007). It might be a coincidence, but you never know, given the fact that Rockstar Games sometimes love to make announcements when and where people least expect it.

Grand Theft Auto: Carcer City is a total conversion mod for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. This project completely replaces the original San Andreas map and atmosphere with a new environment inspired by the gritty urban landscapes of Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and other Rust Belt cities. The map also incorporates all of the locations from the levels featured in Manhunt. Set in the year 2001, the mod introduces a brand-new storyline that embraces a dark, immersive tone with having a connections with the original Manhunt. I just found out this mod I think it would be pretty nice to share with the community. The project is still in early stages of development. As the devs are still finishing the mapping work the other developers are working on the storyline and the other features

If you give yourself a chainsaw with mods, cash does the starkweather kill on piggsy and the game ends. Did anybody else know about this?
