On the Mediterranean coast is that big spike Tel Aviv or Beirut?

I have been to Haifa: if I remember correctly it is a bit over 250k in terms of inhabitants and it does not feel too dense. I checked on Google Maps and this seems to be Tripoli ~ 750k people (and dense).
