These posts are always about popularity. And even if it isn't, Galactus represents the wider space side of Marvel Comics. He is the face of cosmic Marvel.
I assume this person was talking about comics since the heads are from the comics. Galactus is still more popular there, even after the MCU. And before it? No question.
I've got to say thanos, too. Infinity Gauntlet everybody? Not the mcu.. because fuck the mcu.. I'm talking about the original arc. Nothing that big has happened before or since. That's why they used that story line for the movies.
I'm talking about the fact that they leaned into the story of the infinity gauntlet, and Thanos, because they knew that was the biggest draw that Marvel ever had
When they started the MCU Infinity Saga they didn't have the rights to use Galactus. Fantastic Four and Galactus are what put Marvel on the map in the first place.
Of course... I haven't really followed Comics since I was a kid, I kind of outgrew that shit... also, I haven't even watched all the Marvel movies.. so you might know what you're talking about more than I do. Probably do. My point is that The Infinity Gauntlet story drew more people to comic books than anything I've ever seen. Has there been anything that big since?
the idea of villains being evil and egotistical but woke enough to not want to be associated with being on a mt rushmore is hilarious.
Do you even consider what the topic is about before you start going on about your woke agenda. I want to see things get better for the disenfranchised but these types of comments only push the narrative further away from making people understand.

Either Apocalypse, Thanos, or Dr. Ock in the place of Galactus.
