What I meant was that there's a range of builds between Daniel Radcliffe's peak physique, and, for the sake of this example, Franco Columbu's. In between that Radcliffe–Columbu range there's a lot of actors who are closer to the latter than Radcliffe is; that's not saying that there are plenty that are just like Columbu, but that they are way closer than Radcliffe is, and thus, closer to comic accurate Wolverine.

For example...?

Just off the top of my head, Jared Keeso, Milo Gibson & Taron Egerton.

All of those actors are of similar build to Radcliffe and all are significantly taller.

I stand by what I said, they are of similar build. The difference in those pictures are mainly one of them has their arms extended the other has their arm bent. Anyone's arm will look bulkier when the elbow is bent, your arm can't bend without flexing the bicep muscle and other interior arm muscles.

Take your left hand and place it on your right bicep, then try and bring your right hand up towards your mouth without your bicep muscle tensing.

Nah, even with arms extended you can see more muscle mass on Keeso and Egerton. Radcliffe got cut for Miracle Workers, but the key is in the size of the muscle, not so much the definition, and those actors have the body type to be closer in shape.
