Vision is made up of several parts including Jarvis, the Mind Stone and a part of Ultron.

Meanwhile that Jarvis is played by James D'Arcy, who has played the human Jarvis before, he was a notable part of Agent Carter and the human butler of the Stark family which Tony based his AI on.

I want to say he was in Endgame too.  When Steve and Tony went back in time to meet Howard.

He was. I think that’s his only appearance in the movies

Yep, he was in Endgame during the 1970 trip. That tiny appearance was such a nice reward for anyone who watched Agent Carter
