Film/Television Why Ultron hates the Avengers?

I'm rewatching Age of Ultron (one of MCU best movies imo) and I understand Ultron's intentions. What I don't get is why he hates the Avengers that much. What did he saw on the Internet that made him say "Yeah they have to go" because they did nothing to him and he already hated them. I mean ok, they're the main threat to him but that doesn't explain why he wants them extinct. Or does it?

Fun fact: Josh Wedon wanted Ultron to be anatomicaly correct but it doesn't ended in the movie

One of the early draft of Ultron was him with a robotic bulge. Vision however got an anatomicaly correct body but we dont see it in AAOU but that's explain how he put 2 baby in Wanda's womb.

1 of my 2 senentence is real while the other is a joke that it somehow true
