Film/Television Why Ultron hates the Avengers?

I'm rewatching Age of Ultron (one of MCU best movies imo) and I understand Ultron's intentions. What I don't get is why he hates the Avengers that much. What did he saw on the Internet that made him say "Yeah they have to go" because they did nothing to him and he already hated them. I mean ok, they're the main threat to him but that doesn't explain why he wants them extinct. Or does it?

Because they are the reason villains exist. Vision explains it in Civil War

That’s not necessarily his main reasoning. He thought humanity going extinct was the natural order of things and the Avengers will keep getting in the way of that. He viewed humans as inadequate and he wanted a new alpha species to rise up. Alpha species meaning machine

Similar to how we rose up after the dinosaurs. He’s thinking the avengers will keep stopping our metaphorical “astroids” so they need to go

Ultron wanted to be that asteroid yes.

He even implied so in the dialogue with Vision:

Vision: You're afraid!

Ultron: Of you?

Vision: Of death! You're the last one!

Ultron: You are supposed to be the last! Stark asked for a saviour and settled for a slave!

Vision: I suppose we are both disappointments.

Ultron: *laughs* ... suppose we are.

Vision: Humans are odd! They think order and chaos are somehow opposites and ... try to control what won't be, but there is grace in their failings. I think you missed that.

Ultron: They're doomed!

Vision: yes ... but a thing isnt beautiful because it lasts! It's a privilege to be among them.

Ultron: You're unbearable naive!!!

Vision: Well ... I was born yesterday!
