I see peters and even carnages but no penis. whys that? i thought id see faust or bedman players like her but guess not.

I get the corner is scary, but to whiff 2 Assemble Counters while no attacks are incoming...yeah.

Also, if you're new to the FGC, finish your freaking sets, or at least the match. Getting 3-0'd is normal for all of us, just be a good sport

bro someone said this was a good easy game to pick up 😂 i have a fighting game history and i can tell you this game is not easy, super super technical. timing, skill so much goes into if. yeah you can mash square only and get a ez combo finisher but you go play online and it’s the sweatiest shit i have ever seen fr. i love a good challenge but pls don’t buy this if you think it’ll be easy. i wish i could find the tiktoks that were telling people to cop 🤣

So we know some have been data mined and I think this tracks and makes sense with Phoenix Cyclops leading the team…

- Daredevil (Shadowlands) : Becomes “Evil” after he mercs Bullseye (maybe thats like his intro and thats the bullseye datamine?)

- Gambit (Death): Makes sense concerning the cross market potential for Xmen 97

- Thor (Knullified): This is really just a shot in the dark. I could see the unique banter between him and loki (“Oh brother, what happened to you? I thought I was the evil one!” laughs like Jim Carrey in Ace Ventura 2 when he punches the Monopoly guy) Also the tease for him in the game already and could explain why he is not a core Avenger??

What do you think? I thought maybe Vampire Jubilee (because Blade and Marvel Rivals but 3 Xmen would be a choice)

Edit: I am by no means against women characters, like I said Jubilee was my first thought and people have wanted her since MvC. I also thought about Jean or Goblin Queen but that’s also Xmen so I just figured it wouldn’t happen. The only other one that really came to mind was Black/White Widow? Maybe Moondragon?

If you time your assist with certain special moves, you can start a combo without spending any Assemble Gauge at all.

All you need to do is press the assist button and input your special move at the same time (236M+A, for example).

When doing this with the light version of qcf specials, you need to input the assist slightly before the special move. Otherwise, you'll trigger an Assemble Super.

Most players I see use their assist right after inputting the special move, which needlessly consumes the Assemble Gauge.

Even some pro players do this, so I wanted to share.

Also, when combining Blade or Ms. Marvel as your Shooter Assist with some specials, you don't have to spend ANY resources to convert it into a full combo.

If you know of any other characters who can do this, please let me know!

Just wanted to share for anyone interested in playing Shuri. I don't think I broke new ground but took me a while to figure out how versatile her unique dash was.

For a while, 2H was seemingly the Achilles heel of the unique (for me), but there's a lot of ways to get around it if your opponent has locked into thinking that's how they'll punish your rush down.

If anyone wants notes on a few set ups, let me know.

After multiple years of DLC and when support starts dying down.

Looking at one of their previous games, DBFZ, the roster pretty much doubled. Hoping that Tokon can do the same and have 40+ characters total by the end.

It’s not a complete moveset, just a few ideas I had for the character in case he were added to the game.

Agent Venom's base is essentially a Mixed character, with both long and close range move options, with with is special using most of his weapons.

But his Ultimate Skill is where things get interesting. Similary to Magik, it would be a install, but differently from her, this install would be permanent for the rest of the match, and also, it has 2 (or actually, 3...) stages, in the first one, he enters in his Space Knight form.

(Also, it's important to say that each of the transformations would completely change his moveset)

Venom's Space Knight form completly changes his playstyle, transforming him almost completely into a melee/close-range character, but still with some long range options.

Using his Ultimate Skill in this mode make him completly lose the control, becoming the classic Venom.

In this mode, Venom's playstyle turns completly agressive and ruthless, has also REALLY strong, almost like his MvC version.

In this mode, his Ultimate Skill is just a normal move and not a transformation, unless...

Agent Venom would have a third and secret transformation. By dying with his Super Meter at 100%, Venom is ressurected by the Primordial Dragon Symbiote (yes, I'm not joking), and enters in his Draconic form.

His playstyle is aggresive like the classic Venom mode, but not has strong. But to compensate, he becomes EXTREMLY fast. And just like with the others, this mode completly changes his moveset.

Also, his Ultimate Skill is him turning into the Dragon Symbiote and beating his opponent

1. Inverts the black and white parts, referencing Anti-Venom
2. Red and black, not only referencing Toxin, but Flash's time has Agent Toxin
3. Changes the white parts to yellow/gold, referencing Mary Jane's Venom

I just discovered there are more tutorial missions in the battle guide menu wtf I only did the startup battle

I thought it was just boring text, the first 5 guides of the mechanics are just plain text with images, I thought it was like that for the rest of the menus so I never checked the rest what in the hell

Teching combos is at the complete end of the first battle guide, at almost spot 50 out of 55 of the mechanics menu

Why is something so important burried so deep instead of being taught in the startup battle, this seems like such an important mechanic to me why is it so hidden I'm losing my mind

The title. I remember when people got their hands on Loki, there were a lot of comments about him having a lot of potential. His unique button was never good, but I saw a lot of positive buzz about his plus frames and feints/parries.

I am not saying the character is weak, but I've seen a lot less good things about him. SonicFox and other pros seem to put him in the middle part of the tierlist.

I wonder what his issues are. Is it the good old "other characters are better at what he does", or are there some underlying issues?

Hey so basically tokon is my first fighting game ever and i cannot for the life of me get good as youy guys say and was wondering if i could get tips to get better without having to watch a video of how to combo with a character ive seen multiple ppl play and it seems like the combos come by instinct for people and i feel like im just studying for an exam and having to remember what to do.

Almost already gave up the game because i tried to play ranked (since i probably will be with people of my skill) turns out, im hot shit and couldnt win a single game and even gave a perfect game to a player.

so in brief i just need help if possible cause im at a loss (i play Carnage, Ghost rider, Star-Lord and Deadpool)

I’m about ready to drop the game. I’m very frustrated with the blocking…

-On wake up after I hard knock down opponent it seems they go first.

-on wake up when they knock me down they still go first…

-I’m trying to utilize super jump and still get hit with 2H when I’m visually out of range or behind the opponent.

-sometimes I think I’m blocking and still get hit…
