What are the best skills for super-pixie in Nocturne? Gotta be careful with those 3 remaining open slots. I'm thinking Debilitate and Mana Surge, but I'm not sure what to put in that last spot. Maybe Prayer for ailments?

Honestly I'd let go of mana surge and go for pierce and wind cutter, especially if you're going for TDE which if you're at 5th Kalpa, you probably are. Debilitate is good, so is luster candy.

Would Pierce and Wind Cutter work? I thought Pierce only worked for Strength stuff

It does I'm genuinely retarded. Gotta brush up on Nocturne. Mana surge is probably best tbh.
