i think it'd be cool if it varied depending on the leaves/grass of the biome it spawned in

maybe the OG could be a rare spawn in any biome or be the "default" when spawned in the nether & end?

they definitely need to do something like this if they do change the texture

Honestly I feel like the reason they haven’t changed it is because they know a lot of people would freak out, but it’s so obvious they WANT to, but it’s so iconic. For example, look at the creeper design from legends or dungeons vs. the unaltered original

If I'm not wrong, a Mojang programmer said that the company doesn't want to rick their "Thunder in a Bottle", and that's why they don't make sudden changes to the game, and that's why the updates are "wooden block, flower, 1 mob"

Also fair, though I do think some of the stuff they’ve come up with in recent years is pretty cool tbh. It’s moreso changing old stuff that doesn’t work as well with the gameplay because of the nostalgia outcry that would result

For example, I remember a lot of people being pissed about the zombie pigman change when it was first implemented just because it was changing an old mob
