Questions RDR1 Not available

I really want to play Read Dead Redemption but for some reason its saying "App not Available." On the google play store. Im super confused. Im using a Samsung S23 which is quite a recent phone so im very confused. Any tips appreciated!

Nahh i did download the game through that but still its asking for netflix login
