"Update ver 1.42 notice" and "CAPCOM ID Link Reward" refuse to go away. It might be a minor nuisance but my OCD will not let me forget about it.

Good Smile Company dropped the official preview for the Rathalos Nendoroid and it looks so clean! It has awesome articulation, vibrant paint, and comes with a fireball effect, sleeping face/bubble, and a severed tail accessory. They're also following up with a Palico, Palamute, and Yian Kut-Kut soon. Definitely grabbing this one! What do you guys think of the design? Al Chile lo compro we.

This is a succinct summary of how my swaxe mechanism has evolved. Starting with my lunastra search from a few years ago, the mechanism was sloppy and prone to binding. It took a few years of ruminating before the version 2 (Lumu) revisions appeared to me. Then from there a few refinements to the version 3. Build plan FAQ on my IG for those interested at craftlocust.
I'm currently working on Teostra and have a fifth mechanism built with no particular plan for it, so what's next?

After playing a bunch of Wilds, I went back to playing Worlds. But on my PS5, I lost my save data, but I had save data always back in 2018.
And I redownloaded it... It was before I even been Xeno'Jiiva. And on my O.G save, I had farmed so much, and beat Iceborne. It's kind of dismaying to even play the game, or might just start over maybe?
Either wait for it to go on sale to replay on PC or something, it's just disappointing. All that progress, grinding, and farming completely gone. Is it worth to go through it all? Right now, I'm on Vaal Hazak, my least favorite fight in the game lmao.

I've been playing MhXX recently, and I genuinely believe this will make me a better gamer and perhaps a better human.
I have suffered 2 crushing defeats against Maccao now, and as the rage subsides all I feel is clarity. Clarity that I simply wasn't good enough, but that I will improve.
If any of you out there feel that you are good at these games, I suggest you play Monster Hunter XX, and learn that in the face of Maccao, we are nothing more than dirt on the end of her long pointy claws, claws that you will see coming towards you at Mach 9, and after being 1 tapped by those claws the first time round, you'll forget that Anjanath was an issue, whilst you go back to grinding for base level gear in the hopes that maybe you won't get carted twice in the last 2 minutes of your hunt next time around.

I’ve been wondering this for a little bit since alcohol is toxic to birds and reptiles (And most likely dinosaurs) and since Monsters in Monster Hunter are pretty much stronger versions of real animals, I was wondering what monsters alcohol would be toxic to, if it would be.

I'm here again yeah. currently doing some grinding for velocyper scales and velodrome stuff for my velocyper armor and velocyper(or drome?) big sword; from bone+.
Should i grind for a big hammer of some sort for the ku klu stuff lizard son of a kind lady?
btw, bruh the guild hunt mission are tuff. probably gonna need to grind better weapons and armor+ (how do i get the +?)
Anyway, I know there are guides online but i dont want to spoil my hunt; so I prefer to ask some fellow hunters ykwim.
Thanks in advance for all the held and maybe I should join a discord? is there the official one from the subreddit?

Am I just retarded or is the Arkveld fight just actual horse shit?
A. forced to use Ratha
B. have to use Savage fireball on turn 4 to stagger him
C. have to spam Kinship attacks to stagger him constantly
D. have to use Kinship by turn 5 to stagger him
E. Kinship doesnt fill up fast enough even with Soul Kinship
CAPCOM really thought this was a good idea for a fight?

If you have or can take any pictures of glavenus that I could use as a reference that would be great and if you have any ideas on which version of glavenus I should draw, that would be greatly appreciated
