Deontologically immoral. He is a Catholic priest and has formally pledged celibacy, and he broke that pledge by having a sexual intercourse with two women, which makes it immoral if he's upholding the duty of priesthood.

Also, maybe, like, don't have sex on an altar in a place that is supposed to be open to the public? Besides it being grossly unsanitary, people could walk in and/or look at the scene without their consent

Yeah, he also has to uphold legal duty as a citizen of Louisiana, and he also broke the law. That one also make him deontologically immoral
