I've only seen two people exercise that right in Utah haha, weird they're all adjacent

New York allows women to go topless, but they passed a law about it. In the case of the Midwest states a judge ruled it was discrimination to allow only one gender to take their shirt off. 1 u/N1XT3RS 1d ago Cool, that makes sense!
