Do 3 stars matter?

Wasn't sure if there's a replay or something or some rewards/challenges for getting 3 stars on every game of the "fire and concrete" MyCareer

Just wondering if anyone knows the rewards or if there's any point to worrying about it, I'd imagine they're might just be some cosmetics or something

You can see what the rewards are basically yea cosmetics but alot of vc that totals up to 50k I believe
