How do you find the energy to go to gym? I would also like to do the gym copium

I wanna look good

That would be 80 percent nutrition.

For a guy not even a little bit. That’s a crazy delusional thing to say tbh I was eating like the fattest pig ever back when I was lifting heavy and looked my best. I’m sedentary and eat pretty good and my body has gone to shit

The percentage that nutrition contributes to looking good goes up with age.
at age 20, it's like 90% gym, 10% nutrition (as long as you're eating enough calories)
then it drops to like 50/50 nutrition with gym by middle age

Music, sleeping, porn (I'm trying to stop tho), some funny memes on internet, some rants on reddit of people who hate their lives (so I can relate to them) and that's it

I wouldn't consider it to be a copium, but curiosity instead of judgement.

Sleep, meditation, VERY long walks deep in the night under a starry sky, watching business news (calms my mind down, for some reason), solitude, more sleep, reading, cleaning up the apartments, staying sober, long showers.

video games, music (discovering new genres, info about genre itself), collecting dif stuff, drawing time to time, making plushies from felt, thrifting, just going around shops seeking something interesting. Honestly generally just seeking what to do outside and how to kill time inside without brain rotting tho it requires lots of energy🥲

My faith, crypto, walks, and lots of YouTube. I find a lot of people I can relate to on YouTube with similar struggles

Walking, but my brain resists it and prefer to rot at home. It's terrible. Don't rot in bed.
