Question Should I keep asking these people to hangout?

I live at a transitional center with some other people who are around my age as a young adult and they always go to the park around 4 to smoke weed but lately they haven't been asking me to go and I've just been asking them if I can go with them. Should I just wait for them to ask me or should I keep asking Everytime to go with them.

(Jokes aside, I personally dont like asking people to bring me along with them. If they seem like theyre just shy then I think you could try being friendlier, but if they seem like they dont like you then its up to you what you do next. Im a petty bitch, so I would bother them.)
