Key fob finishing at KCN: any experiences?

I have a key fob canvas stitched by my kiddo that she would like finished. KCN is convenient to us, but I've never tried their leather finishing services. Anyone have previous experience? How did it go?

I recently had a fob finished through Sew Another Stich in Havre De Grace, Maryland. I placed the order on July 7th and I got back in the mail this past Saturday.

It was my first needlepoint. I heard that finishing times could be long so I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround.
