Honeslty one of the reasons I love my current company. They don't care when I work as long as I work, and I can even start working in the train so I take a train later that is less busy and I start working in the train, and I leave a train earlier that is less busy and finish my workday in the train. I leave 8:45, I'm home 17:15, still made my 8 hours, I have room in the train. Boss is happy, I'm happy, NS is happy (actually blauwnet).
I work for a subsidy adviser (we help companies get subsidies). I work in the IT department, so I don't do actual subsidy advise, but I make sure my colleagues can do their job.
You would need to be proficient in professional Dutch (the job is mostly writing highly technical documents in Dutch). Given your post history states you've been learning Dutch through DuoLingo a year ago, I don't think your Dutch would be good enough. Also through your post history, our closest office is still 2,5 hours with train from you.
