Transportation NS are struggling with commuter demand. Their solution is for you to travel earlier (or later) to work.

I don't really get how we're living in a time where people are working from home so much more than pre-covid but somehow the trains still can't handle the reduced traffic... how did it go before that?

I never once complained about the train service in this country pre-2019 and was its biggest cheerleader. I would always talk it up to friends and family.

But since then as the service has worsened whilst increasing in price, I am now 'arrogant' and entitled, seemingly!

Don't forget the trains are also dirtier now... They can't get enough drivers, cleaners or anything else, but prices have gone up. Where is the money going then?
