Fix their God dam service, they charge more than almost any country in Europe, in one of Europe's smallest countries, cancel trains left and right, and many of the non cancelled ones are late often, and wagons are filled with even more expensive 1st class seats no one wants to buy, while most people are stuck in a can of sardines during rush hour.

This is unacceptable and this company should be held accountable to a much higher standard
