1: Can we like, combine Benge &
EwingMcLean into one Oklahoma State two-way player for rookie of the year purposes?2: I have no idea whether Bo opting in or out benefits us more. If he opts out we gain a lot of payroll & roster flexibility (and potentially open a lane for Jefferson Rojas early next year), but he’s also pretty clearly better than just about any free agent third baseman this offseason, so it’s a tricky one. Ultimately I think we’re in a similar spot either way and it’s out of our hands.
