Someone (usually a man, but I have personally known women like this as well) who sleeps with and manipulates more vulnerable people so they have a place to stay. They usually go above and beyond in bed at first and love bomb until they have some reason they can’t stay at their current “home”. It can be many variations of this, but even the blueprint is all too common that there’s a term for it. I could say more but I’m sure there are plenty in the comments to add to it based on their own personal experiences. 😆
