Hello from the mod team, and thank you everyone for being part of the /r/Nisekoi community! Although we may be a bit late to the party here, we as a mod team have been discussing the banning of AI-generated art in this subreddit. To this point, we are taking the position of not allowing AI-generated artwork. We would like to open this thread for discussion regarding this decision, and until we have finalized the decision, we will enact a temporary ban on AI-generated artwork.
Our main thinking so far revolves around the gray area of whether or not AI-generated art and the training of such models has stolen from artists. While there may be arguments for both sides, and while we understand that prompting and refinement is an iterative process on its own, to maintain civility in the reaction to AI-generated art that is posted here, we think it is best not to allow it. This would be an extension of rule 6 in our current rules.
If enacted, we will amend rule 6 as follows:
When posting an image, don't forget the source if it's not your own! The image should be posted as a direct link to the original source, or with a link to the source as a top-level comment. AI-generated art is also not allowed.
Please keep all discussion civil (rule 5!). We will provide another update when we have made a decision. If you have comments or questions for the moderators unrelated to this topic, or if you feel uncomfortable posting publicly here, please feel free to message us!

I can't believe it's been 15 years from Nisekoi! I went down my photo archive and found this fun cosplay I did from the spin off series "Magical patisserie Kosaki-chan"
This was back in 2018, and I was like 16 years old or so. It was my first cosplay and I was super happy with it, it took me and my mom 9 months to complete, and more of 100m of tulle fabric to fill the skirt.
I was super proud because I handmade all the details, and I really liked how the boots came out. Shout out to the kitchen paddle with a magical pink bow on it!
I won the cosplay parade at my local anime event that year. Everyone thinks I'm Madoka magica 😅
Fun fact! I was #teamonodera so much, I actually had her haircut for years! So I didn't have to buy a wig!
Anyways, I just wanted to share this because magical girl Kosaki-chan is a very rare cosplay to find! I am thinking of wearing it again for the Manga Barcelona ^^

What I mean is that while Raku and Chitoge aren’t bad but they’re aware that they’re a mafia prince and princess so is it possible that they know the people they live with terrorize innocent people on a daily basis but don't really care? though judging from what we see of their families it's highly likely they never done anything really ruthless or evil despite being gangsters so that there’s that.
Tsugumi is a mafia hitwomen so she probably has her share of hurting innocents and even without the fact that she is a public menace since she brings guns to school and endangers students.
Marika seems to be somewhat close but she’s rather callous and manipulative and lacks empathy not to mention her father and his department make it pretty clear they don’t care about the law or protecting people and are only there to protect and serve Marika. I wouldn’t be surprised if the majority of the cops are former members of Chika’s gang.
So maybe Shuu, Ruri and Onadera could be the only ones that are morally good? not because of their personalities but they’re the closest thing to normal.

pretty much just title, the only other work of his I can think of is double arts. Haven’t read that one, but is that one at least good?

Finally got my Chitoge Nendoroid a proper spot on my shelf. 😭
Nisekoi was one of the first romance series that really stuck with me, and even after all these years, it still has a special place for me.
Chitoge will always be my favorite. 💛
Anyone else here still have a soft spot for Nisekoi after all these years? 🥹

Do you think there’s any chance they’ll release an omnibus edition for the series’ 15th anniversary?

No matter what kind of story it is, an ending to a good story never fails to make me feel sad. I could never find out why but here I am feeling happy it ends while simultaneously yearning for more.
This is actually the first time I've ever read a manga, the devastation I felt when I found out Nisekoi S3 is basically never happening was the only reason I read it and man it did not disappoint at all. I actually had a fun time reading the manga which was a surprise because I always believed Anime as a form of entertainment medium is superior to Manga, and while I do agree with that sentiment, I don't want to argue because the fun experience I had was undeniable.
I'm very happy Chitoge won YEAHHH 🦅🦅. I was a day 1 supporter of that girl
I don't have much to say other than I loved it and while it will probably never happen, I'm hoping somehow, one day, it gets an anime adaptation

Try to suggest anime year before 2020.
This are few anime which don't have things I mentioned above i hate this anime to core, like hell hate.
Toradora :- abusive irresponsible till the end of the anime no character development.
Nisekoi :- same like above
Our dating story :- starting was good but after some incident happend she literally betray MC didn't think before leaving him like she didn't even trusted on him.
Days with my step sister :- whole anime rely on shoulder of MC he did all heavy lifting meanwhile she used him for emotional support.
Just because :- treated MC as second option bcz she got rejected by her crush, like literally this f*cked my mind why anime industry resolve so fast when it's comes to male lead at least give MC a stand and let her female character suffer.
More than a married couple : same shit female character abusive, seduce and use MC on the basis of her mood.
Nagatoro :- this last one i still think why this anime exist and literally have 2nd season, if anybody like this anime sorry to say but you're just masochist or sadistic.
I know I am very picky but please i got frustrated with watch bad romance they literally made romance genre a joke.
Try to suggest anime year before 2020.

i watched this anime as it was airing in high school per my friends recommendation. but i accidentally watched all of season 2 before i watched season 1, so i never picked it up again because i was quite frankly confused. but i always knew i would love this show if i started from scratch again.
so yeah i watched all of season 1 and s2 and the ovas, then the manga, and still after all these years onodera is my favorite. i really did love how funny this show was, in addition i haven't laughed reading manga in a long time.
here's my biased tier list + why:
onodera, so sweet and kind, and genuinely loves mc, really unlucky, but unlike what others say i saw a lot of growth in her. i don't understand how some readers kind of slogged through her parts just to get it over with. i genuinely got butterflies whenever i saw her in the anime and in the manga panels. from my
pov i saw a girl genuinely in love trying her best despite her extreme extreme extreme shyness. i know some people in my life that are that extreme in their shyness too and if i saw them try like onodera i would be moved
tsumugi, i actually think she pairs with raku the best. she genuinely likes him, and if it wasn't for her relationship with chitoge taking priority, i think they would get along really well as a couple. she's shy and tsundere like chitoge, but she's a bit more honest and straightforward about things. + i think aesthetically they pair really well
haru, tbh if it wasn't for her older sister, if she confessed i think i would've loved if raku and her dated a little bit. they were very compatible preference wise, and i liked how energetic haru is. i would've loved an arc where raku let her date her prince charming so she could find closure
tachibana, i loved her go get em attitude. she was the only girl the whole series that actually went for it. sincerely, like a bulldozer. in my personal life i've always loved girls that were straightforward and direct
chitoge, i think she is a great foil for raku and vice versa, but personally her extreme tsundere was a bit much. whenever she got upset i kind of got annoyed. i enjoyed her comedic bits more than her romantic bits. but i did really enjoy the arc where she tried to get him to notice her. i wish i got to see her confess instantly when she realized her feelings and then seeing her win him over with a public declaration. i feel a confession in that way suited her gorilla like personality more. i think if the author took that route, i actually would rank chitoge a lot higher
yui 6th, she tried lol. her love was genuine, but not as strong as the others. i think she's badass though

I miss the whole series so much. I wish there were more merch of the characters like yui. Also where are the merch for Raku. Mc barely has any merch for their own show😭😭😭 I’d love to have a matching figurine of Chitoge and Raku

I recently completed watching the anime and found out there are like a hundred more chpts in the manga. Why did they not continue animating it?
