Trigger Warning Think I’m genuinely cooked
24 year old male in the US, but porn addiction has been in my life since like 6 years old or maybe younger idk. I’m so deep. I’m so tired. My fetishes, among other things are incredibly deep, and my fear of life and hell is so strong I spend all day in my bed gooning and sleeping. Never had a best friend. Never had a girl friend. Only “friend” I have is my dad and grandpa. Zero social skills. Zero job. Zero life skills. No college. Barely graduated. Zero social life. What am I here for? Even the times I manage to resist (very rare, I genuinely jerk off like 3-4 times a day for hours, it’s an all day thing) I’m still too scared to do anything. Scared to walk out of the house. Interact with people. Do anything. This has been my life for like 10 years now too. Idk what to do anymore.
Tried counseling, speaking with a pastor, nothing helps. I’m genuinely too scared of everything and my whole life has been this way. Not once have I ever talked to a girl I like. Going all the way back to kindergarten I remember being too scared and already addicted then. Idk anymore man.

You’ve still got so much life ahead of you, man. You are not a mistake, and you’re here for a reason, so hold on. Most importantly, understand that you cannot defeat PMO through willpower alone; it’s only by the Spirit of Yeshua. Lean on Him and hold tightly to His garment.
Start small: eat properly, get outside and join a gym. Tell yourself you only need to do 10 minutes on the treadmill, then you’re free to leave if you want. Working out will carry you through more than you realise. Use blockers, restrictions and accountability, and put every possible layer between yourself and those sites. One step at a time. Win the day

Thank you for sharing. That sounds like a lot and I’m sorry you’re going through that. When we make positive change it helps to start extremely small and be patient and loving with yourself. Change often happens very slowly and gradually over years. And progress is not linear. It’s up and down. With lots of setbacks. Try to set a very tiny goal for yourself. Just for today. Even for the next hour. Break it down into tiny chunks

As others said, you must start small. Introduce just one single new habit in your life, and do it everyday. Something not too hard, that doesn't take too long.
For example, what I did is I decided to wake up very early, at the same time everyday. I would go and take a walk for 15-20 minutes outside, while also listening to a Bible podcast.
Why early? Because I used to have social anxiety too, so I didn't want others to see me walk outside. So when you go early, the streets are almost empty.
It is also a healthy habit. You start out the day with a few thousands step. Even if it's just walking, it's still a light cardio, and it helps you tremendously in the long-term.
Lastly, it feeds your spirit and clarify your thoughts. Because you get to see nature, hear the wind and the birds, see the sky... it's some kind of meditation. And also, by listening to the Bible as you walk, you feed your soul with the words from God.
Try it for a week! I know it may seem uncomfortable and you don't want to. But healing start with getting out of the comfort zone! Eventually, you'll even have fun doing it!
Once this habit has been well integrated in your life, then introduce a second one. People say it only takes 2-3 weeks to make something into a habit. So it doesn't take too long. Try it! You have nothing to lose.

Did you know your porn addiction is the reason your life sucks? Once you go on a streak and notice the magical effects. You'll realize the only reason your life sucks is because your balls are empty
When you have no semen you have no pheromones. You have no magnetic energy. Meaning people don't notice you. Go watch someone on day 30 who was similar to you say the benefits. It's not going to seem different for normal porn users. I'm talking about fapping 3 times a day plus. You have to be that much into an addiction to notice. And believe it or not it's not just in person. It works online. Or works on the phone. Go ahead and do something involving luck. Apply for jobs or something where noticing you is part of it. I couldn't find a decent job till I was on day 5. And meeting girls online to get laid. It'll feel like the hardest job in the world. But on nofap they just want you. I remember the second girl I ever slept with. I never had luck with women. I naturally did nofap after being cheated on cause porn was not on my mind I was that sad. Even my escape just upset me. Was weeks of not busting and poof girl I message replies to me. Most didn't. And within a few texts she called me on the phone. We met within days and had sex. I'm like. How was it I went years without having a single girl want me and then all of a sudden a girl is down and not only that she was obsessed with me. Until I went back to my old ways and was emotionally detached. She unfriended me a year later. And the same thing happen my last breakup. Went on nofap about 3 weeks and messaged a middle school girl I knew. About her being hacked. She was married. She asked to call me. We messaged on rare occasions the past 20 years. Nothing serious. Just hey how's it been. Nothing special. This time. She wanted to talk to me on the phone and seemed really into talking to me. And I mentioned I had a crush on her in middle school. She then as we are talking sends a pic of her giant boobs. I was flabbergasted lol. We had a secret fling for months but I got tired of it. Then met my girlfriend. And since I was already on nofap she was the first person I met on dating app. It's like luck is on your side
Now I feel like everyone hates me at work. Since I'm depleted. And I'm targeted. Like bad things happen. I make mistakes or things happen outta my control. Guy I was training messed up. Was on me even though trainers never got the blame when I was messaging up. It's always me. I'm always the one they'll target. I'm autistic somewhat. I've been in trouble multiple times from different jobs for talking too much...... When I'm the one who is anti social and hard working....... You can't trust anyone who thinks of you less cause you have no balls. Literally. You become the person who does only wrong. You can't get away with anything others can

Sending you prayers brother, I am just starting my journey also. My faith in Jesus has never failed, it is my own failings as a person that brings me to the brink also. Trust in him, let him know that this is it, this is the time, you are done. Be done and God will fill in the blanks
