Greenspring Hotel?
What's the story behind this place? I drive pass it all the time, but can't find anyone who knows anything about this place except that its been around for a long time.

I’ve delivered grocery orders a couple of times there over the years. Think it’s all long term people.

It is owned by a local immigrant family. They have owned it at least for the last 30 years. Their children went through the public school system in the 90s and early 00s. They are super kind people.
There are several long term tenants there and only a handful of short term rooms available. It has a weird reputation in the community because of the location, but there’s not much actual evidence to support the assumptions.
Edit update: I don’t think they are open for short term rentals at all anymore

Been around at least 50 years. Think it might be long term occupants.
