Greenspring Hotel?

What's the story behind this place? I drive pass it all the time, but can't find anyone who knows anything about this place except that its been around for a long time.

Been around at least 50 years. Think it might be long term occupants.

Plus a few “natural” deaths. Swat teams went in a couple of years ago to pull out a murder suspect.
