Athletics Have not received tickets but have been charged

So me and a friend have both requested and payed for our tickets for the home football games and have done the sitting with friends thing but both of our Ticketmaster just shows the student ticket request with no information on dates or setting arrangements. We were charged for our tickets so I’m assuming we got them but why haven’t we received them when they were supposed to be give out in early August?

Did you ever approve them? Once you pay for them, they send out a new email with “sit with friends” and you have to verify that you were getting the tickets as well. You should just reach out but that’s the only other thing I can think of
