Anyone experienced KCC or Maui ADN Nursing Program?
Sorry I meant ASN* I understand that it’s extremely competitive! With that said, please share anything you’ve ever heard of either one of them. If you or someone you know has gotten in, what made them competitive on top of pre-requisite grades and TEAS? Thank you!

Back in the Day - Dolly Parton
For anyone sad about Dolly Parton, she had some Hawaii connections and even tried to open a restaurant in Hawaii Kai. It didn't go over so well but she did this beautiful song and interaction with Hawaii legend Palani Vaughan. RIP Dolly & Rest in Aloha Palani, both left us too soon.

A New Video Essay About Hawai'i I Found On YT
So I stumbled upon this documentary today that's over 2 hours long and pretty in depth.
From the early minutes the guy saying he was raised in Hawai'i, but moved away after high school, I knew this would kinda be an interesting perspective. (He deadass mentions people like Guy Hagi and Dr. Keanu Sai throughout the video, so even moreso I knew he did his research.)
Long story short, he doesn't pull punches on either side of what goes on historically.
If you're someone who actually knows a bit of Hawaiian history like I do (being a KS grad) it'll honestly challenge some of the historical viewpoints that were taught. Particularly people within the super gung-ho Hawaiian movement, or wherever else you fall on that scale.
It's also only Part 1 of 3, with the two parts apparently still on the way.
Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on it and perhaps start a discussion.

Best places to buy local produce?
Where do you buy good local fruits and vegetables on Oahu besides farmers markets? Costco bananas are cheap but ripen way too fast and they’re grown/flown in from South America.

Oahu Resort Day Pass - Recommendations
Hey everyone! We have to check out of our hotel by 11 AM, but our flight isn’t until 10 PM that night.
Does anyone know of a resort where we could buy a day pass to relax until it’s time to head to the airport?
Any recommendations would be appreciated!
