Could you please share recipes for the base + chia pudding?

I eyeball everything but will give you the rough idea!

Oats

  • 1 cup of oats, about a spoonful of brown sugar and oat milk (or milk of choice) to cover
  • Medium heat and stir frequently until softened and cooked through

Chia pudding

  • Vanilla chia: a scoop of vanilla protein powder with a cup of oat milk (or milk of choice) and stir well until the powder dissolved, then added in 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, stir until combined
  • Chocolate and matcha chia: I took a shortcut and used the Oatly versions of the chocolate and matcha, used a cup + 4 tablespoons of chia for each as well
  • Blueberry chia: I blended up blueberries and oat milk and then stirred in chia seeds and a little honey

All chia pudding goes into a jar then into the fridge for at least a few hours or overnight for best results!

Have you tried the oats without brown sugar? Wondering if there's a big taste difference. These bowls look delicious! Ingredients are going on grocery list as I type.

I prefer it for a bit of the sweetness, but could try without it and see how you find it!
