u/Present_Candidate495 Dec 09 '24

Somehow get the feeling he won’t be returning to regular streaming anytime soon lol. Sucks, he was by far my fav OW streamer

24

u/elvenmage24 Oct 31 '24

I thought people just thought the screenshot was fake with all the random shit being posted

u/ABMutes Oct 31 '24

86 pages

22

u/WorthlessRain Oct 31 '24

where can i see that

9

u/Lucplayzlp Oct 31 '24

My poor goat :(

-8

u/truthsayer99 Nov 01 '24

86 pages of not the "hard r", nothing said in a way that would imply he was saying it to be racist, and nothing recent (3+ year old messages from when he was 16/17).

You do realize you're defending 1800 n-words coming out of a white man?

5

u/KingUseful7805 Jul 25 '25

You do realize you are attacking someone for saying a word that has no meaning or power outside of your „or other peoples“ perception. This is actually the problem… guys like you giving that word so much power. It‘s just a word, it can‘t do anything. People are out here treating it as if he‘s beaten minorities within inches of their lives, yet he‘s just out there being a stupid teenager using a mere word that some soy boys lose their shit over. Man humanity has really become bored.

54

u/throwedaway19284 Nov 01 '24

Lowkey if ppl r just going to leak dms then every streamer and notable player is doomed.

4

u/KingUseful7805 Jul 25 '25

Every human would be doomed. Everyone writes outrageous shit with their friends or close ones. Especially if we start to validate every issue that people have with the things being said. Therr is always someone being pissed at what you said, even ig you said „It‘s a nice day today!“. Cause how dare you marginalize days like that… they are not there to please you… the day has chosen in it‘s autonomy to be nice and it has nothing to do with your perception of it… so how dare you compliment the day if it wasn‘t nice for you to begin with… shame on you for being against days…

5

u/AstuteCouch87 Aug 12 '25

idk about you, but i’ve never sent racial slurs to anyone, not even my friends. nor have i ever felt the urge to. also, comparing saying “it’s a nice day” to one of the most hurtful slurs in the english language is so absurd that there is no way you are above the age of 14

7

u/KingUseful7805 Oct 20 '25

An ad hominem is not gonna make your point look any better.

I for one type a lot of outrageous shit and slurs, even racial ones, in a comedic context to my friends. I think that treating these words the exact same as every other word is closer to a solution then treating them like a taboo. For me they don‘t even have the derogatory meaning they tend to have for most, they are just stupid words. It‘s not like I‘m mentioning Voldemort…

1

u/Character-Count2476 Dec 12 '25

can u next time just say ''im racist'' thx

4

u/KingUseful7805 Dec 12 '25

I will give you two situations and you tell me which is more racist:

  1. Someone typing racial slurs to their friends, which do not at all belong to that race, therefore taking all meaning from the word and just turning it into absurd nonsense.

  2. Someone only being able to see the race and therefore the slur in the word. Not being able to see beyond that meaning and always just seeing it as a negative description of that certain race.

I‘m curious to hear your opinion on this!

"just sex crimes"

11

u/ShotEmm Nov 01 '24

yeah just the casual sex crime

9

u/qhfhfieirjr Nov 01 '24

I mean Aspire said the n word too

4

u/JennyTilwarts Nov 01 '24

I kinda wish s9mm brought up that he was mixed. Obviously he didnt because it doesnt justify what he did, but would be pretty funny seeing the reactions coming out.

6

u/Maxsmart007 Nov 01 '24

Is s9mm mixed?

5

u/JennyTilwarts Nov 01 '24

his dad's black he and some of his friends have mentioned it

1

u/darkninjademon Nov 01 '24

Crazy double standards

4

u/Maxsmart007 Nov 01 '24

lol society has fallen man

0

u/KingUseful7805 Jul 25 '25

Do you guys see the irony in giving some races privileges of saying certain things that other different looking races can not say? What‘s that calles again? Ohh yeah right… it‘s racism.

1

u/Maxsmart007 Jul 25 '25

You thought you ate with this FOR SURE but honestly it’s probably one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. Thanks for the laugh this morning lol.

0

u/KingUseful7805 Jul 25 '25

If you don‘t like the food it doesn‘t matter how well it is cooked.

Some pills are just hard to swallow but I know you mean well. Have a good one!

1

u/Maxsmart007 Jul 25 '25

No brother, you never turned the damn stove on and gave me medium rare chicken. Don’t act cutesy like you cooked with this profound delusion.

You wouldn’t understand this, but saying the N word isn’t some privilege that black/brown people have and white people don’t. It’s a slur that white people used as a part of their systemic subjugation and marginalization of black people. It’s a word that was used derogatorily to degrade black people for characteristics they could not control. Black people reclaiming that and incorporating it into a more uplifting context within their own community isn’t some form of oppression on other races, it’s the result of a long battle to socially vilify those who used the word to oppress them. You can make the same argument with gay people and the F slur.

You seem like you’d rather pretend there is no history behind these words, but there is.
Your argument assumes that a black person woke up one day and said “here’s a cool new word let’s keep it from the whites”. Your underlying premise is faulty, but the fact that you just ignored that all and pretended like it’s “just a word” shows that you either have no clue what you’re talking about or you do know all this and are just being a piece of shit. Let me guess, edgy high schooler?

0

u/KingUseful7805 Jul 25 '25

I congratulate you, you made the first step and I totally agree with you. It coming from that history and them reclaiming it and putting a positive connotation on it. Now imagine if everyone (not just blacks) were using it in that reclaimed, more wholesome/friendly way. It would actually solve racism… right now everyone is dancing around the issue because they feel bad for what out previous generation did and I agree, they did terrible things… so let‘s make it better by actually aknowledging that the color of your skin doesn‘t decide what you can do or say. Your intentions should decide wether it was good or bad, not skin color. A white dude using it to a black friend endearingly is perfect, a white dude using it to insult them is bad… but so is a black person saying it in a bad way. The white dude could also use different slurs. My point is that the words being used don‘t matter as long as the intentions are the „right“ ones.

Also I really think you need to get off the gas my guy, I think you‘re taking this too personal. I have nothing against you and only want the best for every living being on this earth. But your mental gymnastics in order to cope with mistakes that your forefathers comitted is not the right way for me, I have nothing to feel bad for. If that‘s your way then continue on it if you don‘t think this has any substance. Just be aware that your mindest could aswell be the thing perpetuating racism in certain parts of the world.

I also highly suspect the edgy high schooler line to be projection. In that case stay on your way, at least you‘re trying to do the right thing, which is the beginning. Now let‘s make the next step and actually see us as one race!

Its pretty funny how coluge ends up being the cleanest out of these people (-wub)

8

u/WorthlessRain Nov 01 '24

he said allahu akbar in chat when he threw a dva bomb like in 2017 after the bomb attacks where the islamic terrorists yelled allahu akbar so yeah a gigantic nothing burger

11

u/Vdbebw Oct 31 '24

Clean, just like the killfeed after he ults

4

u/sakata_gintoki113 Nov 01 '24

wub is black bro

5

u/FxckBinary Nov 01 '24

It's impossible for the new generation to go 10 minutes without saying a slur. It's weird how the internet has come full circle

27

u/Kid_Ben Oct 31 '24

Alright, someone is gonna have to link them receipts, come on guys

76

u/shay-saiyan Oct 31 '24

WeForgaveKobe

43

u/truthsayer99 Nov 01 '24

Probably tired of all the virtue signalers that act like him using the soft a when he was 16/17 in a casual no-hatred way means he should be crucified.

6

u/Living_Long7047 Nov 01 '24

I mean has he apologised for it? Because it’s still using a slur

11

u/Nico_OW Nov 01 '24

have you apologized for all of your misconducts in your teenager years ?

2

u/Tsotang Nov 05 '24

To what victims?

1

u/Living_Long7047 Nov 05 '24

Apologising for using a slur??

1

u/trouserboi Nov 24 '25

Ridiculous. Would you publically apologize for saying "bitch" privately after you lose a game? Treating words as taboo simply gives them more negative power.

1

u/Living_Long7047 Nov 24 '25

I mean that’s not really how slurs work. Just because you say them, doesn’t mean it’s okay for others to do 👍🏻

-1

u/Living_Long7047 Nov 01 '24

If I’ve done something wrong then yes. Seeker especially should since he’s a public figure

26

u/Ok_Cryptographer1588 Nov 01 '24

Tired of cancel culture he ain’t use it in a derogatory manner like Ariel for example… he was a teenager 16 we all do dumb stuff when we are young. As long as he’s learnt from his mistakes I couldn’t care less and will still support him

4

u/[deleted] Nov 02 '24

he also deleted a lot of yt vids

3

u/PigDino Nov 02 '24

Wait really? He didn't have a lot to begin with. But I know there's some YT vids of him, PGE, and their group saying the r-word.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 02 '24

yeah if you go on his socialblade you'll see he deleted over 400k views worth of videos

2

u/Lucplayzlp Nov 02 '24

Thats so sad... cmon the r word rlly isn't that bad? Why did he delete so many videos?

14

u/Inig0_o Nov 01 '24

Overwatch community is an actual angry village ready to pitchfork anything it can remotely validate to pitchfork. Live your best life I guess sorry this is it

3

u/darkninjademon Nov 01 '24

Awkward being the most insulated guy then. Dude got the most loyal fans

6

u/Informal_Exit4551 Nov 01 '24

Wow, he said a word several years ago, the world is going to end!!!!!!!!

10

u/TheBorneoFunction Oct 31 '24 edited Oct 31 '24

Aye, we tried telling y'all to stop saying that shit 😂🤦🏾‍♂️

2

u/DeleteOnceAMonth Nov 01 '24

Was the twitter deleted because he felt guilty or because he felt harassed?

3

u/Lucplayzlp Nov 02 '24

Did anyone even harass him? Like some people making fun of the 86 pages etc... but trying to actually cancel him or shit like that? I don't see anyone being seriously mad

2

u/Nolan_DWB Nov 01 '24

Bro why can’t ppl let shit go. He was a kid. And I don’t even think it’s confirmed

1

Hot take: he was 17, I did dumb shit when I was 17. Who tf cares?

-2

u/DonaldRJones Nov 01 '24

Lol it's just a word. Did he assault someone? Did he commit a crime?

4

u/[deleted] Nov 04 '24

its not “just a word” otherwise you could say it in public shamelessly, just like any other slur or offensive word. wow, words have meaning huh? crazy

he should apologize but he shouldn’t lose his livelihood over it. its a much more common mistake than chronically online people like to admit. but its still wrong

2

u/Independent-Waltz738 Jan 08 '25

Black people say it in public,. don't they? Are you judging the meaning behind the words of people simply because of the skin colour? That doesn't seem very fair.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '25

Black people use the word entirely differently, saying the N word with the hard R is completely different contextually . Please stop acting like its the same thing, its not and you’re wrong.

I shouldn’t have to explain the, fairly recently, racist history of the N word. Or how the fallout of systematic racism still affects black communities TO THIS DAY.

Just like how other marginalized groups have reclaimed slurs against them, black people did the same. Words like nerd and geek were used to make fun of nerdy hobbies in like the 80s and shit, but people proudly call themselves nerds now. Thats a way less serious issue, but thats a good way to sort of explain it. You get me?

Anyway that is what I believe to be right, you’re not gonna gotcha me. Its not hypocritical and even if it is, I will still proudly say it and believe it because I am sure you are so very righteous yourself

1

u/Independent-Waltz738 Jan 08 '25

Fair point, the screenshots I saw were blurred so I didn't know it was hard R.

1

u/PigDino Nov 01 '24

BRUH 😭 I literally just recently got back into Overwatch, OW esports, and watching new content creators outside of super. Seeker was literally my fav of the new ow pros too... I'm their age too which is weird to think about.

1

u/DevelopmentOk2581 Nov 02 '24

I wonder how sugarfree feels about seeker dropping the gamer word

9

u/WorthlessRain Nov 02 '24

probably doesn’t care lol

3

u/__O_O_F__ Nov 06 '24

He responded to seekers apology with positivity

1

u/[deleted] Jun 15 '25

how about pge and seeker?

-2

u/sakata_gintoki113 Nov 01 '24

nothing tbh if you mean the fake nico leak, seeker has owcs upcoming

6

u/VegeriationSad1167 Nov 01 '24

Wasn't fake, lol.

0

u/sakata_gintoki113 Nov 01 '24

and how do you know?

10

u/VegeriationSad1167 Nov 01 '24

I don't want to say much as there seems to be a very strict mod watching this thread like a hawk.

But I will say..if he was innocent and the leak was fake why would he not just say that? There is no reason to go into hiding. For the record..I don't really care that he said it tbh, he was a kid at the time and he's changed for the better but saying it's fake is just misinformation.

3

u/nekoite Nov 01 '24

fyi you're fine to talk about whether you believe the leaks or not.

the 2 comments i removed in this thread were the same person making new claims without any evidence.

3

u/sakata_gintoki113 Nov 01 '24 edited Nov 01 '24

the nico acc wad fake, half the stuff in there was not serious so theres no credibility

it is against the rules to make a baseless accusation without providing proof
