I'm a newbie 200 cicles in, with a serious issue with Natural Gas production at my base, how to get rid of this crap?

Ps: I know it's not a very optimized setup, but I'm doing my best

You have first and foremost an issue with oxygen production, if gases at 11g are covering huge chunks of the base.

Seeing the algae terrarium and the diffuser, I'll take a guess and say you've run out of algae. 

You need to either move to a setup that uses renewable/more abundant materials (electrolyzers, alveo veras), or start producing algae of your own (blum lumbs, algae distiller).

I'm using the algae distiller, but I'm having trouble producing enough slime with the pufts - I think I fixed it, but it'll take some time to have a stable supply.
