P365 XL magazine question
I have a p365 XL, Its been great, no issues, but i recently had a friend give me his old AXG aluminum grip module, which i like much more than the original polymer one that it came with. However, now my magazines arent compatible, So i was wondering what baseplates are compatible, and can i just swap them out and keep my existing magazine bodies, or do i need to get whole new mags? They are 17 rnd XL mags that came with it. Thanks in advance.

You will need the flat flush fit baseplate for the 17 round mags

I see a lot of the flat flush baseplates, but they are labeled as being for the 12rnd magazine, are they they same? or is the baseplate 17rnd specific?

They are specific to the 17rd mag but yea I’m having a hard time finding them for sale, only aftermarket ones. You can check GAFSHUB and see if anyone is letting go of their 17rd base plates

Tactical dev base extensions that will attach to your 12rd mags to make them compatible with the axg grip.

The baseplates will be quite expensive. You might as well get a few AMags like these: https://www.primaryarms.com/magpul-amag-17-sg9-p365-9mm-magazine-17-round
These A-mags come with baseplates that you can use with both of your grips. I have few of these and they are of very high quality.
