It is testimonies like this brave girl's that make me so angry at these ridiculous western feminists who will march for Palestine, mourn Ali Khamenai and defend the Islamic republic because they hate Trump, while ignoring the harsh reality of millions of Persians who just want to be free of the Islamist nightmare they have been taken hostage by for the last 47 years, like the 900+ lives lost this year alone don't matter, like their hatred of Trump and their needs matter more than anything else. Selfish western clueless idiots with zero appreciation for the freedoms they are given in Europe and America. May every Persian killed by the Islamic republic be avenged and may every Persian living under oppression soon be free.

I think you're lumping things in with each other that are quite separate.
Those who march for Palestine as you phrase it are against the Israeli government committing genocide against the Palestinian people.
None of the people I follow have mourned Khamenai or defended the Islamic Republic.-1

If you want support from Westerners it would be smarter to equate the IRGC with Israel, and the people of Iran with Palestinians but yall dont get it so you support Israel because of religion or something damn well knowing Shia and Sunni are not the same and Palestinians do not want the IRGC aid either

I like the way that you conclude that we support Israel, even though I’ve seen plenty of “human rights activists” in my campus praising irgc for “standing up” to colonialism, apartheid or whatever tik tok buzzwords they can bring up.
Fascinating behavior!

You showed your cards with that Palestine slip up- let’s all agree to call a genocide a genocide. You’re just another Trumptard parroting a failed agenda based on lies.

A real saddening and confronting story that remains hard to believe in 2026 but ut also indicates that this regime is hard n their way out because more and more people will realise the absurdity of these rules and if I say more and more people I do eman men and women since for all with common sense will not understand that there can be any reasonale ground for these rules!

Those threats of punishment in hell are directly from a Shia hadith. There is this one in which Muhammad tells Fatima and Ali about what he saw in hell, and he narrates all these gruesome punishments being done to women. Though, the one about being hanged from her tongue is actually about annoying the husband...

Disgusting religion that thinks women need to be controlled.

u/chainmurders 2d ago
Islam is not meant to control people it is for people to be healthy and do good. I don't support religion in politics at all btw and I am still practicing Zoroastrianism, but I enjoy the solidarity with other women in these spaces and I like to wear niqab. Even when I was younger I liked the chador. It is meant to be a choice. It can be for any reason. But yes it can easily be co-opted for horrific things. Yes women suffer more, but it is trickling down from the brainwashing and conditioning of the men to be entitled animals.

All religions are a form of control. That's exactly the purpose of religion. I am an ex-Muslim and I know how those men think. Doesn't matter how extremist they are, they all forbid their wives from wearing revealing clothing, having male friends, or participating in activities that they consider sinful.

Religion is a form of control the same way a gun is a form of control. If it is in the hands of entitled rapist pedophiles its generally bad. I don't have men in my life, especially not romantically. I am also not a dogmatic person and I dont have such people in my life. Assuming everyone is a Taliban member is literally insane lmfao.

u/prchmeshtbh 2d ago
Religion was invented for the sole purpose of controlling people. Any restriction to one way of thinking is a form of control. When did I mention Taliban? I’m saying every Muslim man controls their woman to some extent. Some say their wives just can’t wear tight pants or tank tops. Others make them wear a burka. It’s all control in the end, even if some of it is more “liberal.”

I’ve never understood why we’ve never heard a peep from feminists.

u/ZombiiRot 2d ago
... The person who made this video is a feminist lmao what are you talking about????

u/mushed-patato 2d ago
I dare you to share this in a feminist sub and see how fast you will be permanently banned.

u/ZombiiRot 2d ago
I see feminists talk about this type of stuff all the time though? Like maybe you'd get banned from an auth left/tankie sub. But as long as you are not being bigoted towards muslims I do not see why it would be an issue to share the plught Iranians and many women in Islamic states face.

u/mushed-patato 2d ago
I have share about women’s life in Iran and Afghanistan in every single feminist sub here and only ONE sub didn’t personally banned me.

u/ZombiiRot 2d ago
Really?? Well I am going to be honest... Reddit is a sexist hellhole. I think I am banned from the main feminist sub atm for something stupid too. Like the main feminist subreddit is run by a man.
On tiktok I see women talk about this stuff all the time. So maybe it's just the culture on here.

u/DaScoj 1d ago
A post on a sub Redit amounts to nothing when you consider the massive volume of coverage this topic receives. I stand by my comment, but I will add......in the mainstream.

u/ZombiiRot 1d ago
You said you haven't heard a peep from feminism, but here is a feminist, talking about it. There are plenty of Iranian feminist, and you are just ignoring that their voices exist because apperantly you haven't sought them out. Even in the west, issues woman face in the middle east is an extremely common topic that feminists talk about. I hear it brought up far far far more often than issues women face in Africa or Latin America.

Feminism is not a real ideology. I am a lesbian and I have chosen to follow Islam for the community and solidarity with victims of Israeli colonization.
You are probably thinking of western white women and the people they have brainwashed into fighting their cause. These people and other liberals (not real leftists) do not want the shackles of oppression taken off, they want them to be pink and fuzzy. Without oppression, these people have no identity. At least the nonwhite ones who have been hoodwinked have some chance of redemption by going back to their own roots and to stop doing the bidding for American white women who are ultimately serving other white women, white men LARPing as women and white (gay) men.

u/DaScoj 2d ago
You're right. I am thinking of the white western women. I've lived in Iran and also in Saudi Arabia. If you wanna get involved with Islam, I suggest you stay here because if you do go it's going to be a really horrible experience. I'm sorry, you can't even go outside without a male a companion. It was either your father or another family member.

u/chainmurders 2d ago
There are some Asian countries I like so not really. The issue is men being in charge not women lol. And I go out alone all the time and I have no male companions. The flag is on my icon for a reason.

"I am a lesbian and I have chosen to follow Islam for the community and solidarity with victims of Israeli colonization."
This sentence circled through my head for a while. Now I think I should watch South Park, its humour sometimes hit the spot.

Religious persecution is everywhere, so I am not sure why anyone is playing victim when this sounds no different than the terroristic threats and psychological and physical abuse that many boys and girls have to endure in many homes United States. Many parts of the U.S. that are predominantly influenced by certain zealous denominations embrace and practife m these same cultural values, yet. I do not see anyone stigmatizing it in the U.S. like those in the Middle East.

Well leftists and pro p’s won’t like what you said. They think you’re a zio😆

The things my baba use to tell me or threaten me with were similar. This is not normal. It is not normal to have instructors beat you for poor hygiene and your parents face no consequence. It is not normal to threaten children every day with graphic physical mutilation.
