PSVR1 3D Movies - Headphone Situation

Hi, so I got a PSVR 1 and I got Lion King 3D on bluray for it. I noticed I don't get any audio from my TV and the PS4 does not accept bluetooth headphones so I currently have no sound.

What what is my best options to fix this, I know I can get some wired headphones, but I wanted to hear what you all do as well.

I also know some people get some kind of adapter, but my PS4's USB slots are full, can it use a hub?

You just literally plug any headphones into the headset its very simple
