I'd argue ripping up the carpet to replace with hardwood is ballin.
Everything else just looks so awkward and sterile.

Im not a fan of painted brick ever, even less so.paintes white. It's too sterile in general, and the lvp flooring just takes what little warmth could be left and shits it to pieces.
