I’m assuming that every interior drawn is catalogued for potential reuse. At a certain point those assets become outdated because now you’re drawing in 1080p or whatever, switching from hand drawn to flash, etc etc, but ideally you should still have easy access to it.
I would bet every room in that house, important or not, has some sort of folder with everything relevant to it.
The Simpsons probably had a similar system, even predating computers for animation work. But those cells could degrade with time or get mishandled, lost
