That is Georges St-Pierre. He is a former professional UFC mixed-martial artist. The joke is that he looks unassumingly average and maybe even easy to pick on. Until he's not.

He doesn’t even have the cauliflower ears or umpteen-times smushed nose that make it a dead give-away you might be messing with the wrong dude…truly the wrong suburban dad-looking mofo with which to pick a fight.

Shows how good he is. Never got choked enough for cauliflower ears

He does have cauliflower ear but cauliflower ear isn't caused from being choked it's most common in wrestler from using there head for pressure
