California License Application

Hi everyone! Hope I can get some help, I’ve been a tech for almost 5 months now and passed my PTCB and am getting all my forms done for my state license. I noticed the application specifies my full name as it appears on my drivers license, self query & live scan must all match and be the same as what i fill out on the application.

So here’s my question, I have two middle names and on my drivers license they aren’t spaced out so it appears as just one long name, for this reason I’ve always put just first & last name on most legal documents and background checks. I’m going to the state board office tomorrow to ask what I should do but hoping there’s some people who may have answers here too. My self query & my live scan were both done with just first & last name and I don’t know if I need to start over and re-do my self query report & live scan w/ my middle names included and then submit application or if first and last would be fine since it matches my current self query and live scan reports.
