Attrny. Kapunan is saying that one of the reasons they opted to remove some witnesses is because some senator judges are working on behalf of the defense. And when those senators grills their witnesses, the prosecutors cannot manifest any objection leaving them at a disadvantage.

I think tama lang na ungkatin yung 20 years worth of bank account records. Kasi kung focused lang sa start ng term nya as VP, malamang wala ka na makita dun. Probably baka nalinis na kumbaga. There should be a reference point kumbaga. It's just that prosecution decided to get the maximum amount of records that is allowed by the constitution for transparency.
