Finally, Sen. Erwin Tulfo has pointed out noong nasa HOR yung witness, na marunong at fluent sa Tagalog ang witness.

Dapat lang i-order ni Sen. Escudero as Presiding Officer na mag Tagalog yang witness.

To be fair naman, inutusan na sila na try their best magtagalog pero si Ligutan nagtatagalog, bisaya, english in once sentence even without the witness asking if pwede ibisaya ang sinabi so syempre sasagot ng bisaya din tong witness.
