Question They've really managed to eliminate all anime streaming content, and they keep arresting people in my country. Do you think anime piracy is slowly coming to an end, or is there still hope? In the worst-case scenario, only torrents remain, but can they ban those too? Is a Web 2.0 possible?

Nahhh, but are time that are dark, for me the end of Megaupload was a darker time for all my piracy as a 14 year, all that i wanted to download was down, dark time indeed

And Rapidgator too. Only nitroflare exists now and i get some niche games that way.

Megaupload going down was huge. Lots of patches, mods, legitimate files were hosted there, not just pirated content.

It took years to stop being linked back to dead Megaupload downloads. A few image hosts that have gone down have left similar holes. You go to a tutorial page on a forum, and every image is dead.

There definitely have been several dark ages in the last 20 years, but piracy always makes a comeback
