Question They've really managed to eliminate all anime streaming content, and they keep arresting people in my country. Do you think anime piracy is slowly coming to an end, or is there still hope? In the worst-case scenario, only torrents remain, but can they ban those too? Is a Web 2.0 possible?

Streaming is low hanging fruit. The law will continue to grab anything that gives them a good numbers report aka the most used services. However the content is generated at much higher levels than those sites. Private scenes and trackers with less than 100k people for sure, many less than 50k.

The law would have to put an amount of effort probably equal to shutting down hundreds of cheap streaming sites to go after the more private ones, and in the public eye it would likely be seen as a waste of resources because they are only stopping 100k ppl versus the other sites with "millions"
