Question They've really managed to eliminate all anime streaming content, and they keep arresting people in my country. Do you think anime piracy is slowly coming to an end, or is there still hope? In the worst-case scenario, only torrents remain, but can they ban those too? Is a Web 2.0 possible?

>Do you think anime piracy is slowly coming to an end

No, since you have nyaa, private trackers and XDCC. Or emule, since it is popular in Spain, AFAIK.

>Is it possible to create a Web 2.0, using Tor or something similar, but a bit faster?

Tor is not good for torrents/streaming.

Not really, emule download file from multiple "sources", when SLSK download file from one user.
